Besides running my productized service business, I also work with agency owners whose:

  • positioning is wrong and not attracting the right prospects.

We have two ways to work together

I offer two programs:

  1. A 7-week cohort-based group coaching for agency owners $10k-$43k ($500k/yr) looking to establish their baseline of agency offerings and marketing, and to start growing their team to handle delivery. The first cohort begins September 6, 2023 and goes to the end of October 2023.
  2. 1:1 coaching for agency owners over $500k/year in revenue who want to grow to seven figures and beyond.

Over the years (primarily through Credo), I’ve coached hundreds of agencies on sales and lead generation. The results speak for themselves:

  • Jake took his agency from $600k/yr to $4M/yr after I overhauled his sales process, and recently bought out his partner;
  • Brandon took his agency from $1M/yr to $5M/yr with my guidance;
  • Three partners at an agency grew from $2.5M to $8M per year in annual revenue;
  • Joe started closing the biggest deals of his career after I overhauled his proposals and messaging.

Overall, I’ve made agencies over $50,000,000 (yes, million) since 2015 that I can directly track.

Since 2010, I’ve worked at two agencies, ran marketing and growth for two of Zillow’s rentals brands (HotPads and Trulia Rentals), and consulted on SEO with some of the world’s largest brands like Vevo, The New York Times, Dribbble, Creative Market, and many more.
