SEOmoz’s own Jamie Stevens, the only MBA at SEOmoz apparently, put us to school about building a brand and maintaining it. I was personally surprised that Moz does not automate any of this, especially social mentions, but my main takeaway from Jamie’s talk with consistency, consistency, consistency. If you make changes slowly, and allow your customers to get used to changes (or not even notice them at all), you’re going to do well and avoid backlash. Want proof?
