Running an agency is hard. I’ve been where you are – running an agency that feels heavy, and you feel alone.
That’s why I mentor agency owners who need two things:
- Someone to help them solve the issues their agency is dealing with.
- Someone to be a listening ear.
One of the most impactful things I’ve ever done was hire a 1:1 mentor when I was deep in the doldrums of running my first agency. I had no idea what to do, and I needed someone to help. Through my first coach Andy, and then my next coach Chris, I grew that agency from declining and struggling around $3k/mo to over $40k/mo within 18 months.
That experience showed me the power of coaching, and now I love working with agency owners to help them solve their problems and talk through the challenges they’re facing.
About Me
I help agency owners scale their business sanely and profitably.
I’m a 2x agency founder. I exited both agencies:
- I built EditorNinja and sold it to Proofed.com in 2025. At our height, we had 19 employees.
- I built lead generation company GetCredo.com and sold it to private equity in 2022.
I also have a long history in digital marketing, specifically SEO, across two agencies and in-house for Zillow Group.
I live in Colorado with my family, and enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and German cars.
