The Independent Operator – 8-Week Curriculum Overview

You already know how to do great work. This curriculum teaches you the business side (pricing, sales, operations, delegation) so you can stop being buried in admin and start building a business that runs smoothly while you focus on the work you love.

Week 1

Profit Clarity

Outcome: "I know exactly what I keep, where the leaks are, and what to fix first."

  • • Run your real profit audit: what you earn vs. what you actually keep after every hidden cost (research, sales calls, consulting you don't charge for, admin)
  • • Identify profit leaks in your current client roster: who's worth it, who's costing you money, and where you're leaving revenue on the table
  • • Complete time audit to find the 10-20 hours per week you're spending on work that isn't delivery or sales, and build your plan to hand it off
